Spa water changes will be performed every 3 to 6 months or when necessary due to usage or mechanical problems at an extra charge.   If you wish a pre approval for this extra service please check here

Basic Service Includes:

Clean and Vacuum Debris

Clean tile line and spa rim

Clean filter cartridge or backwash filter as required

Check and adjust water level for proper operation

Check and adjust chemicals

Check equipment including cleaning pump strainer baskets

Snow removal from cover and equipment area

 

You will be billed on the 15th of each month for all services, chemicals and supplies provided during the month, and your payment will be due on the 1st day of the next month. Basic service will be billed for spas up to 1000 gallons will be billed on a per visit rate.  All other services, including spas (over 1000 gallons) will be billed at an hourly rate.

 

Additional Service/Maintenance Service (not included in basic service fee):

Necessary chemicals and materials.  Sun-Breeze Spa Services will sell and maintain a minimum chemical supply inventory at the residence.
